Khush Jabble FREC has over 25 years of experience gained as a retained recruiter within the construction industry, both in the UK and overseas assignments for his clients.
Determined, direct, relentless, creative and resourceful, Khush pours all his energy into making absolutely certain that he clearly understands what his clients want to achieve and then focuses on delivery.
This sometimes means working with and assessing the clients’ own people to gain a full understanding of the ideal personality that is needed to fit into the position.
His career has covered all aspects of heavy civil engineering, contracting, rail, design, construction consultancy, house building and engineering, encompassing pretty much every position imaginable from on-site cost accountant and trainee engineer to global head of a rail engineering business.
He works on a retained basis, so that finding the right person is always the focus, not the fee.
Personal Details
Khush lives in Somerset, South West England, with his wife Samantha. They share their home with their rescue animals and enjoy the great outdoors.
A keen cyclist and professional engineer/mechanic, Khush can usually be found in his workshop or enjoying the outdoors whenever the opportunity arises.
In 2019, he decided to take a break from recruitment, to concentrate full-time on developing an innovative custom bicycle parts brand, KAPZ, which is now a thriving, world-class, made-in-Great-Britain manufacturing business where over 69k customers are based overseas.
HumanKind is a successful global brand and continues to grow steadily.
Personality assessment has never been far from his mind and during the last four years he has studied psychodynamic counselling, which informs his recruitment and assessment approach.
The Rebrand
We have rebranded our recruitment business, now HumanKind, which reflects the approach we take when assessing potential candidates for our clients.
Successful interviewing and personality assessment is a skill that is acquired and honed over time and we now have a much deeper understanding of people than when we started our journey, all those years ago.
For some, our new brand HumanKind may conjure up images of some far-off exotic location. Somerset is indeed very beautiful, but it’s not quite reached “exotic” status… yet.
Qualifications
Life is full of twists and turns and my hunger for learning has never waned. Being very hands-on and practically-minded, I am not a naturally academically gifted student, but when I put my mind to something, I rarely give up until I have completed what I set out to do.
